Enforce 2FA at login for all users
When ON, every user belonging to this law firm — law firm staff users and all lawyers under it — must complete the SMS One-Time-Password challenge at login, regardless of their personal "2FA at login" profile setting. Personal settings are never modified; they apply again as soon as enforcement is turned OFF. Active sessions are not terminated — enforcement applies from the next login.
