Special Password

Special Password for sensitive Team-IC actions

When ON, the agency's Team-IC users must enter this special password before sensitive actions (Download all LOAs, EOI Heatmap, Launch Stats, Delete EOI). Turning it ON prompts for the password on Save; use "Change Password" to replace it later.

Security

Enforce 2FA at login for all users

When ON, every user belonging to this agency — agency staff users and all agents (brokers) under it — must complete the SMS One-Time-Password challenge at login, regardless of their personal "2FA at login" profile setting. Personal settings are never modified; they apply again as soon as enforcement is turned OFF. Active sessions are not terminated — enforcement applies from the next login.
